The service was exceptional, with staff who
were always eager to assist. Our butler, Santos, was particularly attentive, making us feel truly valued. However, it would have been nice if the dining options had more variety on the menu.

The room was elegant and comfortable, with high ceilings and tasteful decorations. I had my dinner opposite the street, which felt awkward. Also, a coffee machine in the room would have been nice! ☕️

The room exuded a unique charm with its tasteful decorations and high ceilings. The staff provided exceptional butler service, always attentive to my needs. The comfortable king-size bed with premium linens made my nights restful. The location in the colonial section was vibrant, with plenty of nightlife nearby. However, the menu could benefit from more diversity and the food lacked warmth when delivered. I found the pool situation confusing as the main pool was not at our house, leading to disappointment. Additionally, a small coffee machine in the room would have been a nice touch. Overall, there were some great aspects but also areas that need improvement.

beautifully restored houses, serene courtyard, exceptional sound-proofing
Awful parking process and misleading information on pool access!!! I didn't appreciate being told not to bring outside food to my room, especially for the price we paid!!! A coffee machine in the room would be a welcome addition!!!
